All units are non-smoking

To reserve one of our units we require a deposit of $200.  For payment with credit card  3% will be added. There are a 4% State and 7% room tax to be added to all prices. Full payment is due upon arrival. We require a minimum  stay of 5 nights, with some exceptions.  Discounts on stays over 30 nights. $20 per additional person per night.

Cancellation Policy:  If cancelled 30 days or longer before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancelled less than 30 days  the deposit will be retained unless the unit can be re- rented.
