Our private, non-smoking studios are quiet and spacious and located in Lanikai a quaint beachside community in Kailua on Oahu. Blossoms and palms welcome you as you enter the property and the world famous Lanikai beach seen left is just 30 yards away!
Each modern studio has a king-sized bed, private bath with bathtub/shower, lots of towels and hair dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes.
The studios are designed with lots of windows, ceiling fans and air-conditioning to make for a cool and comfortable ambiance. There is cable TV, free wireless internet access, beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards along with free on site parking.
There is an upstairs beach side studio with balcony (no ocean view) and downstairs studio with courtyard. The units are first come, first serve (based on availability), but you can specify your preference.
Ideal for 2 people or you can rent 2 studios for 4 guests and get a 5% discount.

Policy
- A $200.00 deposit is required to hold the unit. This deposit will be applied toward the outstanding balance, due 30 days prior to arrival. The balance can be paid by credit card (Visa, MC, JCB or Discover), personal, cashier's or traveler's check. The price is $139.00 off-peak and $155 peak per night plus 13.962% tax for party of 1 or 2 guests. There is an additional charge of $25.00 per night for one additional guest. A one-time cleaning fee of $55.00 due in cash upon arrival.
- Five night minimum stay, exceptions may be available as booking allows.
- We offer a 10% discount on stays of over 30 nights.
- For the peaceful enjoyment of guests and neighbors, parties, gatherings or loud music are not allowed on premises.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 29 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days ,we will refund any amount we are able to rebook.
I wanted to thank our host Sally. We came to visit my son and daughter in law for Thanksgiving. Our studio was a lovely charming, quiet and comfortable place to relax. We only had to walk 100 steps to get to Lanikai Beach, the most beautiful place on earth. We had such a wonderful time and were so at home, wanted to move in and never leave. I am looking forward to coming again next year. Thanks for being such a friendly and helpful host.

We would recommend this place if you want to truly relax in a most exquisite location. Very quiet, a nice home base to explore the island of Oahu. Close enough to Kailua so you have all the necessities, but you have a neighborhood feel that makes you feel like you are coming back home after a refreshing day at the beach. Just lovely.

Thanks for all your help. We loved the studio. It was charming. Our little garden was delightful. The location ideal. We ran daily on the 2.5 mile loop. We swam daily at the beach –a 2min walk away. We kayaked to flat island–wonderful! And we hiked the entire Kailua beach 5 mile RT. Each night we walked to Buzz’s for dinner and mornings we went to Agnes’ for malasadas! A perfect trip.
One suggestion for our studio. Another towel rack in the bathroom would go a long way to eliminating moldy towels. There’s plenty of space on the wall to the left as you enter the bathroom. Also a folding drying rack on the patio would give us a place to dry suits, towels, and everything that’s damp from the sea.

that was a very nice stay. I´m very supprised about the changes here. New Managers came in and everything look´s much better than befor. Fresh cleaned up rooms in a quiet wounderful location.

These studio’s have it all, this is “as advertised” clean, functional, safe, comfortable and nice Hawaiian decor. Its not the Ritz Carlton, if thats what you expect your on the wrong website this isn’t a hotel, but this neighborhood, property & Lani Kai beach is world class to the best!

Kailua is an ideal spot for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu / Waikiki. A great location for a relaxing holiday!

Loved Lanikai Studios. So warm and cozy. We enjoyed so many sunrises at Lanikai beach. Most beautiful sunrise @ Lanikai beach. Convenient location, saved time in getting to places for site seeing.

Our stay last month was positive. Studio is clean, quaint – yet roomy enough for the two of us. Walk across street to beautiful beach and morning sunrise. Birds start chirping early, but it is sweet sound to wake up to. We would return to the Lanikai Studios and appreciate Mary's thoroughness and attention to detail from beginning to end of our stay.
